Loyal to the slow food philosophy, we’ve
designed the wonderful BioCorner, where all dishes and products are cooked organically or are
100% organic; i.e. they contain ingredients free of chemicals and pesticides. Whenever possible,
products are seasonal and locally sourced. Signature dishes include our Mallorcan organic lamb
stew. Open for breakfast and dinner.
S’Oliva Restaurant
The S'Oliva restaurant is reserved
exclusively for TI clients with a stay of more than 7 nights and offers you a tasting menu based
on traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a gourmet touch. You can enjoy it on the hotel
terraces in a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere. An entire experience just for you.
